Virgin Media, owned by world’s largest TV & Broadband provider – Liberty Global, announces a multi-year partnership with Amazon, to integrate Prime Video app in Virgin Media TV from this summer.
With this deal, Liberty Global is expanding its services & operations into the European boundaries and strategizes to deliver a seamless streaming experience to customers in the UK.
Liberty Global’s EVP & CTO – Enrique Rodriguez commented: “We’re excited to partner with Amazon to deliver its highly-popular content, including Amazon Originals and Exclusives, directly to our consumers. We know our customers want to see their favorites shows and programming on their big screen at home, and our partnership with streaming services like Amazon continues to make that happen.”
