Almatel, Russian regional operator, has introduced its IPTV services which also includes VoD services.

This service is offered on set-top boxes, smart TVs, mobile applications for Android and iOS devices as well as on PCs and notebooks.

It offers a huge catalog of up to 170 TV channels and more than 30,000 films and serials which are available for subscribers.

LifeStream has launched IPTV services in the form of a platform.
