Preparing Your Sprintty ContentReview and export content and metadata from Sprintty. Compile titles, descriptions, tags, and categories into Muvi's provided spreadsheet. Download captions or subtitles for your videos.
Set Up Your Muvi AccountIf you haven’t already sign up, for a Muvi account. Navigate through Muvi’s dashboard to get accustomed to the various tools and settings.
Sprintty Data Sync or Custom ScriptGet the folder information from Sprintty where your content resides. The complete folder structure will be synched to Muvi automatically. If the data does not fall under the default set of configurations we will create a custom script.
Migrating Users & MetadataUsers will be imported through CSV or Excel file using custom script. As mentioned in the first step 1 we have all the metadata files ready. Muvi team will help in importing all the files containing content metadata, subtitles & captions.
Migrating Subscribers & Payment InfoSince this is critical data, your Sprintty payment gateways must support this. A replica of plan & subscription will be created in Muvi Account prior to migration. Muvi will fetch user subscription details with card authorization token and basic card information.
