As people are spending most of their time in video streaming amid COVID-19 lockdown, demand for new video streaming services are at a record high.
According to research, 20% of consumers have signed up for new paid video streaming services for their stay-at-home period.
Meanwhile free ad-supported streaming services boom as 42% of consumers have tried newer ones that are available for free. As per the research, 55 percent of consumers “plan to watch any free video streaming services in the next 12 months.” It has been found that 60 percent of consumers have added a new free streaming service to their On-demand entertainment bucket.
