The Russian national telco Rostelecom has expanded its IPTV services in the Altay region in the start of this year. The new VOD service was launched in 76 small settlements in the Northern and South-Eastern parts of the Altay region.
Rostelecom has expanded its broadband services recently in 2015 in most area of the region, expanding to over 200 villages. The new offer includes 200 IPTV channels and the service is currently available in the most cities and towns of the region making a reach in number of 233 villages.
