Eros International and STX Entertainment enter into partnership for creating an independent content and distribution company. The agreement enables both the partners to have unique positions and global reach in the United States, China, and India.
STX Entertainment, which is a fully-integrated global media brand, specializes in the production, marketing and distribution of multimedia, television, and talent-driven movie content.
The combined company will be called Eros STX Global Corporation and will have a pipeline of episodic video content and feature films.
