Facebook’s most interesting Virtual Reality experiment is now available for all – Facebook Spaces. Facebook Spaces is a Virtual Reality (VR) App where you can hang out with your friends as if there are sitting next to you.
The “space” in Facebook Spaces is actually pretty simple. It consists of a table, a single menu and a screen that surrounds you.
The app—currently available via the Oculus Store—enables users to:
- Create and customise their identities.
- Draw with a virtual marker.
- View Facebook content including 360-degree photos and videos.
- Use Messenger calling to invite friends.
- Take advantage of the app’s selfie stick.
