After introducing its prized video streaming service Watch to group of users in United States, Facebook is rolling out the service to users worldwide. The VOD service will be available to everyone in the world and will provide content creators an alternative to YouTube. With Watch, users will get access to watch latest videos across various categories such as news, sports, entertainment and can participate in trivia video game shows.

Fidji Simo, Head of Video, Facebook wrote in a blog “Today we’re making Facebook Watch available everywhere – giving people around the world a new way to discover great videos and interact with friends, creators and other fans. Over time you’ll be able to find new video experiences in your Watch feed, like Watch Parties, Premieres, and videos focused on audience participation – like the new trivia game show, Confetti.”
