Movistar Play which is the streaming service of Movistar Peru is being launched by Telefonica and it includes live linear channels and a catalogue with movies, series and children’s content among other forms of content that are offered at no additional cost for both fixed internet customers as well as mobile users.
The streaming service is available to all Trio (triple play) users and Duo plans users and to mobile users that have postpaid, prepaid and preplan plans.
Earlier since October last year, Movistar Play was operating only for Pay TV customers with a “Smart” set-top box, however, now, the service is available on any connected device without the need to subscribe to pay TV. Read More
