According to a report on TubeFilter.com, Twitter has mentioned ‘live streaming video’ as a top priority for this year, in their annual 10-K report. The category is stated to be ‘a strong complement to the live nature of Twitter.’ Live streaming is growing well, and this will well be received by users and advertisers alike. Ad engagements have increased 153% which is primarily because of growth in video ads according the report. It is safe to say that expenses will increase to provide and promote more video on Twitter.
