Z5 Weyyak wins in OTT Trendsetter category

Zee Entertainment held AVOD service Z5 Weyyak which offers exclusive Indian and premium Arabic content bagged an award in the OTT trendsetter category in the 7th edition of the ASBU BroadcastPro ME Television Summit and Awards 2017.

The streaming service is only 7 months old and targets the MENA region, particularly the Arab. The service offers its on-demand free of charge and is being recognized in the satellite and broadcast industry of the MENA region for its excellence.

Z5 Weyyak was shortlisted against two of the biggest global VOD services, Iflix and Starzplay; and managed to grab the Award in the OTT trendsetter category.
