The African-American broadcast network Bounce TV is all set to launch its new subscription VOD platform Brown Sugar, which will contain a library of classic black films. The service available for $3.99 a month will cover everything from Shaft to The Mack and will be available to web as well as iOS and Android mobile users.
The service will cover films from major studies including Super Fly, Dolemite, Cleopatra Jones, Amazing Grace and Blacula, among other notable titles. The films are available in different themes including Foxy Mamas, Good Cop, Black Horror and Black Cop.
