The Verizon FiOS IPTV service expands its VOD service with America’s 24/7 French entertainment channel, TV5MONDE USA. The service will initially be available in 13 Verizon systems across USA, offering recent theatrical releases and French classics.
The service will feature an array of themes in French classics each month. For August, it will be an adventure and comedy theme and in September the platform will feature several genres celebrating the career of Sophie Marceau. “We are thrilled to be entering into to this partnership and by working together with Verizon FiOS to bring the best in French-language cinema to new audiences in the markets the company serves across,” stated Yves Bigot, General Manager – TV5MONDE.
