HBO takes one more step ahead in its expansion in Latin America and prepares its new OTT launch for HBO Go in Chile. HBO has recently expanded to Central America and many other counties in Latin America with a final update to HBO Go TV everywhere service.
The service will for now be bundled with the HBO/MAX pay TV package as a complementary live streaming and VOD service. “76% of Chileans are looking for VOD alternatives to consume video content that covers their needs. This new HBO Go version enables users to enjoy HBO exclusive content in a flexible and convenient way,” said Javier Figueras, VP, affiliates, HBO Latin America.
