Targeting cord cutters, the Google owned video platform is now all set to take on the OTT platforms like Netflix and Hulu and launch a subscription video on demand service – YouTube TV offering a collection of on-demand TV channels.

The YouTube TV service will be available for $35 a month and will have 40 channels including the top four broadcasters – CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox and top cable channels such as USA, Bravo, MSNBC and Fox News. The YouTube TV will also have ads in between the TV shows.
