Roshan Dwivedi Published on : 17 February 2016

The 58th Annual Grammy Awards was live streamed online by CBS. Though there were a few technical glitches, CBS claims to have record highs. Live streaming numbers increased by 247% and the number of unique users increased by 192%. CBS also says that apart from that, there was a record high in the number of signups of CBS All Access, though exact figures were not revealed. The live streaming was available on Apple TV, Android TV, Roku players, Google Chromecast, Xbox 360, Amazon Fire TV and also on iOS, Android and Windows 10.

Marc DeBevoise, executive VP and GM of CBS Digital Media for CBS Interactive explained, “This year we offered the live stream to consumers in even more markets and across more devices than ever before, and music fans responded in a big way, breaking records for the service across every metric.”
