Sky has reached an agreement with LaLiga to add live sports to its recently deployed (Over-the-Top) OTT platform in Spain. Sky subscribers will now be able to access one part of LaLiga, and the other part on-demand.

The programming will be available across connected and mobile devices and will be included in Sky’s €10 package, with no price increase. Apart from LaLiga, the service includes 3,000 hours of video-on-demand (VOD) content in Spanish.

David Núñez, director of market development, Sky España said, “We are increasing our offering to deliver what our audience demands. Adding LaLiga 1l2l3 will enable our users to enjoy some of the most exciting games in Spain, along with the rest of our linear and on-demand offering”
