According to a recent post from The Mercury News, Twitter is soon going to launch an Apple TV app before NFL season kicks off in September this year. Though Twitter and Apple both have declined to comment on the potential app, twitter using Apple TV would definitely add more viewers to both the platforms.
Having planed streaming 10 Thursday night NFL games this year and having seen the game live streaming fever, Twitter has set its sight on a bigger screen by planning to launch an Apple TV app soon. Twitter currently has 313 million monthly active users and it is expected to gain 3.6 million more users by 2020.
