We are looking for a Presales Engineer to join our team. This is a diverse role requiring skills and experience in technology, sales and a lot of writing. You must be technical enough to understand client’s requirements and speak to engineering teams, have the sales skills to sell new products/services to clients.
- Help the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs. Respond to technical questions during the sales process
- Learn our product’s capabilities well enough to be able to demonstrate the product to customers and answer their questions on using the product.
- Defining platform architecture blueprint and driving successful implementation. Providing best practices and directions for solution implementation
- Lead the definition of project scope for more complex multi solution engagements and key customer deliverables.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in the software industry in presales or similar roles (consulting, business analyst, solution architect, account manager etc..).
- Strong experience working with customers; verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills, good understanding of web and mobile technologies
