Spanish broadcaster Atresmedia has signed a strategic partnership deal with Televisa to introduce a new SVOD service focused on Telenovelas. The new SVOD service, Novelas Nova will provide more than 5,000 hours of content. The service is expected to bring TV series content to its 3.2 million vast users.
A source from the companies was quoted, “Novelas Nova will house Mexican productions that have been a hit in recent years and popular series that audiences already enjoyed during their small screen run.”
