As AT&T’s take over of WarnerMedia is a done deal now, the American multinational conglomerate focuses on restructuring the TV & Movie business model of WarnerMedia. The strategic move by AT&T will tune-up WarnerMedia’s video streaming service to compete against media giants like Netflix and Prime Video.

The newly minted WarnerMedia unit will include premium cable networks like CNN, HBO, and Turner channels, in a single operating unit. Even, WarnerMedia’s affiliates, advertising sales, entertainment network, content production, and live programming are supposed to be organized under a unified platform.

Earlier, AT&T ramped up its own streaming services with the launch of DirecTV and WatchTV.
