Piksel and research firm Strategy Analytics have launched the Consumer Insights service to offer a window into customer preferences. “It is becoming increasingly apparent that today’s subscribers are not prepared to pay for content that they don’t want,” said Arleen Macaraeg-Denque, vice president of the consumer insights practice at Strategy Analytics. “Piksel’s Consumer Insights service helps OTT IPTV providers overcome these challenges by reducing the risk of bringing to market an unattractive content offering.”
