In a recent consumer satisfaction survey, video streaming services overtake the PayTV subscriptions, with Netflix leading the top position with highest engagements. As per the reports, video streaming scored 76 out of 100 while PayTV averaged a 62.
Among the video streaming services, Netflix achieved the highest score with 79, followed by Sony PlayStation Vue with 78. The survey also included other popular brands like Amazon Prime Video, Apple iTunes, Hulu and more.
With this survey, it is pretty clear that the future of media & entertainment industry is all about video streaming, and of course, Netflix will continue to lead the show with original content.
