With more & more consumers ditching traditional pay TV for online video streaming services, Comcast announces the launch of its new streaming platform – Flex. The service will come with a 4K HDR streaming box along with Comcast’s X1 voice remote, and is supposed to debut on March 26.

Flex is dedicatedly designed for Xfinity internet customers across the US with a monthly charge of $5 only. The platform will allow users to access their subscriptions of popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, and Showtime, on a single integrated guide.

At the announcement, Matt Strauss – Executive Vice President of Xfinity services, said: “Xfinity Flex will deepen our relationship with a certain segment of our Internet customers and provide them with real entertainment and value.”
