Taiwan Television Enterprise (TTV) is collaborating with 8sian Media’s NEXT.TV for offering a first of its kind AI-enabled online video service and app which will be offered for free to users for a more engaging and interactive experience.

8sian which is a global provider of cloud-based video platform and advertising solutions and is one of the biggest Asian online video networks offers the NEXT.TV OTT platform which will drive TTV’s TOUCH TTV online video service as well as mobile video apps that will be available on Apple iTunes App Store and Google Play.

According to TTV, with 8sian’s NEXT.TV platform, it will enable delivering a free, ad-supported video-on-demand (VOD) service across the web and mobile audience globally and monetize its content to create new revenue streams. Utilizing fully integrated AI and advanced advertising technologies, interactive native advertisements which will include digital product placement and interactive hotspots will be provided.
