Indian OTT market has now become one of the most sought-after space thanks to the reducing price of smartphones and cheap data rates in the country. Realizing the growing popularity and importance of OTT platforms, it’s now the turn of A-list celebrities to reach their fans over the digital medium. Latest to join the bandwagon is, the hugely popular Shilpa Shetty Kundra.
Shetty, who is known for her passion for yoga, health, and fitness is all set to join the OTT platform with a dedicated SVOD service on health & wellness. As per reports, Shetty has created 100 hours of content in the last one year and her content will largely cater to the health and fitness enthusiasts.
Raj Kundra, husband of Shilpa Shetty and one of the main promoters of the vision, quoted, “Shilpa is going to launch her own OTT platform soon. It will purely into health space and paid OTT service which she will announce soon. She has been working on it since last year and it will have around 100 hours of content for start totally into wellness space.”
